He was born and grew up in Ciudad de Mexico. He emigrated to the United States at the age of 16 years. Due to his age and language barrier he could not find employment anywhere. He began to collect cans in a tourist area of San Pedro, California. After being expelled from the restaurant area (many times), his perseverance It paid off, and he was offered a position as a dishwasher and janitor. For Miguel, it was the opportunity he had been looking for. Due to his hard work, good ethics and dedication, in the restaurant manager at the age of eighteen.
A year later he was promoted to General Manager. After twelve years of running a business for someone else, Miguel decided to start his own business. And for the past twelve years he has been able to establish and manage two very successful corporations. Miguel’s close contact with many of his employees has opened his eyes to the lack of aspirations and the need for change in his community. This has inspired him to enter this new area of his life. With over twenty years of experience in business management and people management, Miguel’s knowledge of knowledge and determination to outperform his active older children to take someone to the next level in his career, business and life!
